Henry Ford said, “Whether you think you can or think you can’t, you are right.” This statement underscores my philosophy that your beliefs or thoughts dictate your results. Sometimes thoughts can be empowering. Other times, thoughts can be unproductive or even counterproductive. “It is SO HARD” is an example of a thought that is counterproductive. During this podcast, I discuss how to start changing the long-held belief that it is SO HARD, which is an essential first step to living a naturally healthy life and reversing type 2 diabetes.
