People understand emotional eating. In coaching we call it "buffering." When we do not believe that we can feel our emotion and we need to fix or run from it, or even distract from it, this is buffering. This episode explains how emotional eating and buffering keeps us from achieving the things we want in life and how we change this part of our relationship with food.
