Resistance to doing something is a pretty common experience. Sometimes resistance is a meaningful indicator for a pause. Many times, when our goals and aspirations are involved, resistance is an indicator to MOVE FORWARD! It is not a red light, but instead it is a green light to keep going! When we are resistant to do the scary things necessary to reverse our type 2 diabetes, resistance is a key indicator to keep going. The things we want--normal blood sugars, no medications, and naturally healthy living--are on the other side of the resistance we are feeling.
