Nonalcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD) is the accumulation of liver fat in people who drink little or no alcohol. Why am I talking about this on the Reversing Diabetes with DelaneMD podcast? Because NAFLD is a symptom of having too much insulin in your system for prolonged periods of time.
