Show Notes

The women I work with in my program are BRIGHT! They know how to do hard things in life. They run businesses. They are professionals--engineers, lawyers and doctors. They are mothers who manage busy family schedules. Frequently they are filling many of these roles at the same time. They are smart. And they understand the biology of diabetes. What they don't understand is why they keep making choices that aren't aligning with that biology. THIS episode helps unpack the answer to "Why?" It slows down the process of when we make decisions that don't align with our biology. It helps you to see where the misstep is. This episode helps you to determine a path to DOING IT DIFFERENTLY! "Nothing changes, if you change nothing." Check this episode out! Let me know what you think!
